At Kuzafy, we respect the privacy of our merchants, their customers, and any individuals who interact with our automated commerce solutions. We are committed to transparency in how we collect, process, retain, and delete personal information.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, customer profile, communication history, or store account information, you can submit a request directly to our team:

Please use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include your registered account email, business name, or the associated phone number to help us locate your records.
Security & Sensitive Action Verification
To protect account holders and prevent unauthorized or malicious data destruction, every data deletion request undergoes a mandatory verification process:
- Identity & Ownership Verification: We will verify that the deletion request originates from the authorized account owner.
- Transaction & Sensitive Action Audits: We will check account history for recent or pending sensitive actions, such as unresolved transactions, open disputes, or active service obligations.
Data We Can Delete vs. Legal Retention Requirements
Upon successful verification, we permanently delete or anonymize all eligible operational data, including:
- User profiles, account logins, and communication preferences.
- Chat logs, automated bot conversation transcripts, and message history.
- Customer contact lists, tags, and audience segments.
- Synced store catalog and product interaction caches.
Important Note on Legal & Audit Trail Retentions
Please note that certain financial and transactional information cannot be immediately deleted upon request. Kuzafy is required by applicable laws, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks to retain specific records—such as payment records, tax invoices, billing history, and completed order confirmations—for mandatory audit trails and statutory compliance periods. Once these statutory periods expire, those records will also be securely purged.
Processing Timeline
Once your request is received and identity verification is satisfied, eligible data will be deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
